Participation in physical training involves inherent risks. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and accept full responsibility for your health and safety during training sessions.

All training materials, programs, and content provided by Mallorca Triathlon Training Camps are owned by Mallorca Triathlon Training Camps or its licensors and may not be reused or distributed without written consent.

6. Payments & Refunds

All pricing, payment schedules, and refund policies are provided at the time of booking. Refunds are issued only where explicitly stated in your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Mallorca Triathlon Training Camps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs or use of this website.

8. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information, training methods, or participant data obtained during your engagement with Mallorca Triathlon Training Camps.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate access to services where these terms are breached or safety is compromised.
